Dhara Chokshi

Dhara Chokshi has over a decade of experience in learning and development, primarily in leadership roles. At Sandvik, Dhara served as Sr. Manager L&D from April 2015 to July 2020, leading competence development, talent management, and digital learning platforms, while managing DEI initiatives and driving high-potential development programs. Previous experience includes positions at Tata Motors Ltd as Sr. HR Associate L&D and at Tata Teleservices Ltd as Project Trainee, focusing on training need analysis, learning management systems, and employee onboarding. Dhara began a career in recruitment at Ruchika Recruitment Consultancy.
