Carrie Millen is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager L&D Manufacturing NA and Organizational Change Enablement Lead at McCain Foods since May 2022. As the founder of "Be In Your ME" since January 2015, Carrie has driven diversity and inclusion initiatives, achieving significant sales increases and developing coaching programs. Previously, Carrie held numerous leadership roles, including Director of Learning & Master Facilitator at Learn2, where strategies led to substantial returns on investment, and Sr. Manager Learning at Softchoice, where efforts notably reduced attrition and enhanced onboarding efficiency.
