Georg Bommers

Georg Bommers is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Finance for the Screening Solutions Division and Senior Vice President Finance for Asia-Pacific at Sandvik, Georg has successfully transformed finance and IT perceptions into a strong customer and business partnering model since joining in October 2013. Previously, Georg held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Country Manager at Linde Material Handling Australia, where notable achievements included reversing a loss-making business into profitability and significantly increasing market share. Georg also served as General Manager Finance at ABX Logistics and holds a Master of Business Administration from Universität Siegen, along with completing a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
