Mikael Blomqvist

Mikael Blomqvist is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the CFO of Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions since April 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the automation and connectivity of component manufacturing. Previously, Mikael held the position of CFO for the Business Area Europe at Electrolux Group for a brief period. At Billerud, from October 2019 to September 2023, Mikael was Vice President of Finance & Controlling - Commercial and also served as Director of Finance & Control for the Paper Division. Earlier roles include Vice President of Business Control at DeLaval, where oversight extended to financial operations across multiple sales regions. Mikael began the finance career as a Financial Manager at Avis Budget Group and TNT International Express, following education with a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
