Mikko Jalonen

Mikko Jalonen is an experienced professional in product safety and project management, currently serving as a Product Safety Specialist at Sandvik since March 2023. Previously, Mikko held the position of Project Manager at Flootech Oy from November 2021 to March 2023 and worked at Sandvik from December 2015 to December 2021 as both Product Safety Manager and Functional Safety Expert. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Design Engineer at Neste Jacobs Oy from August 2013 to December 2015, Project Engineer positions at Sandvik from February 2008 to August 2013 and Metso Paper from June 2001 to January 2008. Mikko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automation from Vaasa Polytechnic, completed in 2001.
