Olga Nuzhdina

Olga Nuzhdina serves as the CFO for Russia and CIS at Sandvik since 2019, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from previous roles as Director of Finance and General Director Deputy at Sulzer from 2013 to 2018, and as an Independent Advisor at Investment Research Company from 2012 to 2018. Prior to these positions, Olga Nuzhdina held the role of Head of Finance, Planning & Business Development at Philip Morris International between 2010 and 2012, and worked as a Manager of Finance, Business Planning & Analysis in the United States for Novartis from 2008 to 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Finance & Controlling at Cognis (now part of BASF) between 2005 and 2007. Olga Nuzhdina holds multiple master's degrees in finance and economics from prestigious institutions, including the Institute of Management Accountants, Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, State University of Management, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Universität Passau.
