Victoria Conrad has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner and HR Country Manager at Sandvik since June 2015, after progressing through roles including HR Business Consultant-Lead and HR Specialist in Employee Relations. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Scotiabank from October 1992 to June 2015, where Victoria held the position of Manager in Employee Relations. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and a Certificate in Human Services from Cambrian College.
