Jacqui Rawlings has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jacqui started their career at Open Text in 1999, where they worked as a Technical Account Manager until 2001. Jacqui then joined Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) and held various management roles, including Manager of Partner Operations, Manager of Service Delivery, and Senior Manager of Customer Experience. Jacqui also briefly served as the Senior Manager of the Centre of Excellence Learning Programs. In 2013, Jacqui joined Sandvine as a Director of Customer Support and later became the Senior Director of Global Customer Technical Support in 2019, the position they currently hold.
Jacqui Rawlings earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating in 1993.
