Genna Gomes Heath is a seasoned professional in sustainable materials and environmental management, currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Sandy Point Heritage Foundation since September 2024, with a mission to preserve and revitalize Sandy Point Stables for community benefit. As a Sustainable Materials & Manufacturing Consultant at Heath Consulting Services since 2020, Genna supports clients in addressing environmental and human health risks throughout production processes. Previous roles include Director of Material Health, Certifications & ESG at WAP Sustainability and various managerial positions at REI, including Sr. Program Manager in Sustainable Materials. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Certificate in Textile Fundamentals from North Carolina State University.
