Luc Hotaling

Luc Hotaling is an experienced educator and theatre professional with a background in drama and humanities. Currently serving as a Drama and Humanities Teacher at Sandy Spring Friends School and a Theatre Director at St. John's College High School since September 2019, Luc Hotaling has also held the position of Drama Department Head at The Chapin School since 2001. Responsibilities include managing the technical aspects of multiple arts productions annually, supervising and evaluating faculty, and overseeing curriculum development for grades K-12. Luc Hotaling has contributed to the creation of innovative courses and produced numerous plays and musicals while focusing on student engagement in the arts. Hotaling holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Tufts University and further pursued education at New York University.
