Debasmita Saha

Debasmita Saha, PhD, is a Medicinal Chemist at Sanford Burnham Prebys since January 2023. Prior to this role, Debasmita served as Postdoctoral Research Associate and UAMS Postdoctoral Society President at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from March 2018 to January 2023. Debasmita's postdoctoral experience includes a fellowship and international scholarship at KU Leuven from April 2016 to November 2017, and a visiting researcher position at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in September 2015. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2012-2017), a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Delhi University (2009-2011), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delhi University (2006-2009).
