Heidi Beard

Heidi Beard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Ash & Heidi since December 2021 and Owner of DAYLIGHT DONUTS and CEO of Styled by Heidi, both since August 2021, Heidi has a diverse background that includes a role as Senior Human Resource Specialist at Capital Credit Union and Human Resource Specialist at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, where expertise included talent assessment, workforce engagement, and organizational change management. Heidi's early career included positions as Human Resource Coordinator at Disability Services of the Southwest and Health Services Manager in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
