Lora Black

Lora Black has an extensive background in clinical research, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Research at Sanford Health since September 2002, with previous roles including Executive Director and Senior Director at Sanford Research. Black's trajectory in oncology research began as a Clinical Research Coordinator and progressed through various leadership positions to the current executive level. In addition to clinical research, Lora Black holds academic positions as an Assistant Professor of Practice and Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of South Dakota, both roles starting in August 2023 and January 2022, respectively. Lora Black earned a Master of Science in Public Health from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls.
