Nathaniel Buckland

Nathaniel Buckland is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Senior Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Sanford Health since February 2017. Previously, Nathaniel held several key roles at Fry's Food and Drug from January 2004 to February 2017, including Senior Human Resources Field Trainer, where coordinated a Talent Acquisition Team for new store staffing, and Co-Manager, where managed operations for a large store.
