Sean Forster

Sean Forster currently serves as Clinical Care Lead at Sanford Health since June 2023. Previously, Sean held the positions of CNO/COO at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 and Chief Executive Officer as well as Chief Nursing Officer at Centennial Peaks Hospital between October 2017 and July 2021. Sean's experience also includes roles such as Director of Inpatient Psychiatry and Partial Hospital Program at CHI St. Alexius Health from March 2015 to October 2017 and Adjunct Professor at the University of Mary, teaching Evidence-Based Practice and Strategic Healthcare Decisions. Sean began the career at Medcenter One as an RN and Clinical Care Coordinator from May 2009 to March 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University.
