Erika Rigsby

Erika Rigsby has held various roles throughout their work experience. Erika currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Human Resources Manager- Talent Acquisition from 2020 to 2022, and as an Intake Specialist from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP, Erika worked as a Yoga Instructor at Self-Employed from 2016 to 2020, and as a Group Fitness Instructor- Yoga at YMCA of Middle Tennessee during the same period. Erika started their career as a Paralegal at the Law Office of James H. Drescher from 2012 to 2016, and prior to that, they worked as a Paralegal at DHPM PC (formerly Drescher & Sharp, PC) from 2005 to 2011.

Erika Rigsby earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Memphis. Erika later pursued a Doctor of Law degree (JD) at Nashville School of Law. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU Shreveport in 2020. Currently, Erika is studying for a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate at Cornell University, which is expected to be completed by 2022.
