Jeff Kaye has a diverse work experience in the recruiting industry. Jeff started their career in 1989 as the Co-C.E.O. of Kaye/Bassman International, which has grown to become the largest single-site search firm in the nation. In 2006, they became the Co-C.E.O. of Next Level Exchange. In 2012, they joined Sanford Rose Associates International, Inc. as the Co-Senior Managing Director.
