Irina Osmerkina

Irina Osmerkina is a seasoned Senior QA Engineer currently employed at Sangoma since March 2022, with extensive experience in quality assurance roles spanning over a decade. Prior to Sangoma, Irina contributed as a Senior QA Engineer at Fonality Pty Ltd from March 2014 to March 2022, focusing on the FCS application, which facilitates ordering, provisioning, and billing for IP PBX VoIP phone systems. Irina's professional journey includes roles as a QA Analyst at IBM, where a new DIRECTV billing statement was launched, and as a QA Tester at Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada, working on underwriting systems. Additional QA experiences were gained at Rogers Communications and Bell Canada, with a foundation in system testing at Amdocs. Irina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from St. Petersburg State Transport University, completed in 1990.
