Jaclyn Smith

Jaclyn Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and channel recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Enablement and Channel Recruiter for Sangoma since January 2017, Jaclyn successfully engages and onboards new regional partners while effectively communicating product and compensation differentiation. Previous roles include Inside Channel Account Manager at Sangoma and ICAM-Recruiter at Digium, focusing on the recruitment and support of VoIP and Unified Communications partners across North America. Jaclyn also has a background in retail management, having held multiple store manager positions at Bath and Body Works, H&M, Aeropostale, and EXPRESS, where responsibilities included sales, hiring, and training. Jaclyn's educational background includes a degree in Cosmetology from Wallace State.
