Tom Stribling has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tom began their career in 1986 as Group VP of Sales and Marketing at Solvay Pharmaceuticals. In 1988, they were recruited to Whitby Pharmaceuticals as Vice President to assist in forming a pharmaceutical business for Ethyl, Inc. In 1991, they founded Northampton Medical, Inc., a pharmaceutical company that licensed and developed unique pharmaceutical compounds and devices targeted toward women's health. Tom served as Founder, Chairman and President until its successful sale. In 1994, they were appointed President of UCB Pharma, the U.S. headquarters of UCB S. In 1998, they were recruited as President, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Scandipharm, a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on wasting diseases. In 2001, they were recruited by a leading Venture Capital Firm to build a company around Dermatological technology licensed from the U of Michigan. In 2003, they were appointed President and CEO of Therics, a struggling biotechnology company. In 2006, they founded Northampton Medical, LLC, a consulting and guidance company for health care companies. In 2014, they became Co-Founder of Sanguina, LLC. Tom has since retired as a private investor.
Tom Stribling attended The University of Alabama from 1961 to 1965, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing. Tom later attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1989, where they completed the Stanford Executive Program and earned a Graduate Business degree.
