Chris Rau

Chris Rau has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Chris is currently the Head of Human Resources - North America at Sanhua International USA, where they lead the HR function and focuses on establishing a regional HR structure and people strategy.

Before joining Sanhua International USA, Chris held various leadership roles in global companies such as AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, Faurecia, and HARMAN International. These roles included responsibilities such as organization development, talent acquisition, talent development, restructuring, and employee/labor relations.

Chris also has experience in managerial positions at Metaldyne, Siemens Digital Industries Software, Nissan Technical Center North America, and Kelly Services. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated their expertise in strategic HR leadership and managing teams in various areas of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and facilities.
