Further experience includes consulting at Collège La Cité, brewing roles at Moulin 7 and Les Brasseurs du Temps, and owning a brewery, Brasserie Étienne Brûlé Inc. Pierre-Andre's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from La Cité Collégiale and a certification as a Beer Sommelier from Collège La Cité.
