Pierre-Andre Roy

Pierre-Andre Roy has extensive experience in the brewing and technical application sectors, currently serving as a Technical Application Specialist at Groupe Sani Marc Group since July 2021. Previously, Pierre-Andre co-founded La Grange Pardue, Coop de Travail Brassicole from March 2019 to April 2021, and held positions including Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at Groupe Sani Marc Group between January 2018 and November 2019. Further experience includes consulting at Collège La Cité, brewing roles at Moulin 7 and Les Brasseurs du Temps, and owning a brewery, Brasserie Étienne Brûlé Inc. Pierre-Andre's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from La Cité Collégiale and a certification as a Beer Sommelier from Collège La Cité.
