Johnson's career began as a General Hand at B and H Foods Ltd, followed by various roles at Alpha Laboratories, where Johnson developed expertise in quality control and purchasing. Subsequent positions at Lion included Laboratory Technician and Environmental Coordinator, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. Johnson further advanced in the field at GrainCorp as a Quality Systems Coordinator, leading audits and managing quality systems.
