Maria Sharyne Reyes, RPm, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Officer for Talent Development & Performance Management at Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. since February 2018. In this role, Maria is responsible for managing the performance management and talent development cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous HR responsibilities include overseeing Southern Luzon branches, managing recruitment, payroll, and employee satisfaction, while facilitating training and coaching initiatives. Maria's early career includes internships focused on counseling and psychological assessments at various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lyceum of the Philippines. Additionally, education includes a coursework in Thai Case Studies at Loei Rajabhat University.
