Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen has a comprehensive background in human resources, with over 17 years of experience largely at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, where roles have progressed from Human Resources Analyst to Human Resources Director since August 2006. Jennifer has overseen various recruitment, selection, and classification projects, managed Employment Services staff, and supported agency-wide HR programs. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant for the City of Tustin, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment activities and employee training programs, as well as an Office Assistant at Talent Tree, focusing on applicant recruitment and database management. Additionally, Jennifer gained early experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Los Angeles Unified School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University.
