Dana Ray

Dana Ray is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various high-growth organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at LaunchDarkly and as an Advisor at both Sanity and PeopleTech Partners since 2021, Dana has played a vital role in shaping HR strategies and supporting people technology startups. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of People at People.ai and Global Head of People at Marin Software, where responsibilities encompassed global HR functions for sizable teams across multiple countries. Dana's expertise also includes a strategic partnership role at Accelrys, leading HR initiatives for 600 employees, and experience in executive HR positions at Classroom Connect, Hands On LLC, Zach Systems Inc., and iStar Financial. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from San Diego State University and a Master's in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.
