Carolyne Houle

Carolyne Houle is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning multiple organizations, currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources at Groupe Sanivac since October 2018. Prior roles include Human Resources Director and Generalist at Sanivac, Sales Analyst/Coordinator at Groupe Richer, and Sales Coordinator at Parmalat Canada. Carolyne’s early experience includes administrative coordination at the McGill University Health Centre and various administrative roles in health services. Carolyne has pursued numerous educational qualifications, including a recent certification in organizational development from HEC Montréal.
