Dexter Ghikas

Dexter Ghikas is currently the Infrastructure Lead at Sanivation, but they have held many other notable positions throughout their career. From April 2016 to November 2018, Dexter was a Project Manager at Warren Enterprises. There, they were responsible for enterprise resource planning and management, client & consultant liaison, system planning, execution, and improvement. Dexter also delivered projects, tracked quality and progress, documented forecasts, and controlled costs and budgets.

In June 2015 to March 2016, Dexter was a Projects Manager at Novene Ltd., where they developed business strategies, designed engineering solutions, and planned and coordinated resources to deliver on projects. Dexter also defined project scope and objectives and formulated, headed, managed, and directed the collective policies, actions, and activities required to execute the job tasks.

Before that, from September 2012 to March 2014, Dexter was a Construction Manager at EL-Noor General Contractors Ltd. And before that, from March 2012 to September 2012, they were a Construction Officer at World Vision Kenya. Throughout their many years in the workforce, Dexter has proven himself to be a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering results.

Dexter Ghikas has a HND in Construction from The Technical University of Kenya, a Diploma in Civil Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya, and Certificates in Construction Project Management from Coursera.
