Sonika Pandita-Karra is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as the Corporate Team Leader in Human Resource at Sanjeev Auto-Parts Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. since September 2021, Sonika has previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Ipca Laboratories Limited and as a Learning and Development Manager at MGM Educational Institutions. Early career experiences include roles at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd. as Assistant Manager, at Taj Hotels as Human Resources Executive, and at Mphasis as Sr. Technical Customer Support.
