Regan Stephens

Regan Stephens is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in reward management and HR strategy implementation. Currently serving as Group Reward Manager at Sanlam since March 2024, Regan previously held the position of Manager Total Rewards at Santam Insurance from February 2019 to April 2024, and Rewards Manager at Woolworths from July 2008 to January 2019. Regan's earlier experience includes roles as Change Integration Manager and HR Business Partner at Nedbank, starting in October 2000 and continuing until July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the UCT Graduate School of Business, along with additional postgraduate studies in International Business.
