Zesande Khatshwa

Zesande Khatshwa is a customer service professional with extensive experience in retail management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Sanlam since August 2022, Zesande has also held the position of Supervisor at Pepkor Holdings Limited since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Store Manager at Clicks Group and inservice training at Abdurahman Community Health Center. Zesande began a career in retail as a Cashier Customer Service at Pick n Pay from 2013 to 2016. Zesande holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Business Management and a Diploma in the same field, both obtained from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
