Michael Lague possesses extensive experience in finance and business transformation, currently serving as a Consultant - Business Transformation and VP Finance at Sanmina since February 2019. Previously, Michael held positions including Director of Mergers and Acquisitions/Strategy at ASSA ABLOY Group and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions & Transformation Strategy at Nortek, focusing on growth strategies, deal development, and integration. As President of The Lague Group, LLC, Michael founded a consulting firm specializing in business turnarounds and start-ups. Leadership roles in energy and HVAC sectors include VP and General Manager at Star Gas Energy Services and Suburban Energy Services. Michael has also held senior financial positions at Ingersoll-Rand Company, Danaher Corporation, The Stanley Works, and Honeywell International, demonstrating a strong track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
