Roger W. Bailey has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Roger W. started their career in 1986 at Motorola Semiconductor, where they worked as VP and Area Director, leading business development efforts for major OEMs in the Central US and Mid-Atlantic regions. In 1998, they joined Alcatel as the Business Development Director for North America, responsible for expanding the customer base and implementing market penetration plans. In 2000, they became the VP of Business Development and Marketing at Optinel Systems. In 2003, they joined Sanmina Corporation as a Corporate Executive and later became the Global Director of Business Development for Optical Solutions, where they led business development and sales efforts. From 2003 to 2012, they served as the VP of Business Development and Global Account Executive at Sanmina, responsible for growing revenue with major OEMs in the Communications and Medical industries. From 2012 to 2018, they held the position of VP of Medical Business Development and was later promoted to the role of VP of Automotive Business at Sanmina. In 2017, they co-founded The Alpha Light Fund and served as the Co-Founder and VP/Executive Committee. Throughout their career, Roger has consistently focused on customer satisfaction, market share, profitability, and new business opportunities.

Roger W. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986.
