Sundar Kamath

Sundar Kamath currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sanmina - Reliance Joint Venture on Electronics Manufacturing in India since October 2023. With an extensive career at Sanmina in San Jose, California, Sundar has held the position of Senior Vice President (Technology) and Chief Technology Officer since February 1999. Prior to this, Sundar was the Director of Product Marketing at MicroModule Systems in Cupertino, California, from January 1998 to February 1999. Sundar's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Engineer/Product Manager at IBM Microelectronics in E Fishkill, New York, from January 1987 to December 1997. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Cranfield University.
