Alina Costache

Alina Costache has over 19 years of extensive experience in human resources, with a current role as Global Talent Acquisition Ops and Data & Analytics Partner at Sanofi since November 2009. Alina has served in various capacities within Sanofi, including HR Lead for Consumer Healthcare in multiple regions and Human Resources Business Partner across several business units. Prior positions include personnel administration and HR specialist roles at Mivan Kier, Metro Cash & Carry Romania, and CONSTRUCTII-SINECON GROUP. Alina holds a Master’s degree in HR/H&S Management and has obtained several professional certifications, including a Certificate in HR Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
