Anthony Patte

Anthony Patte has extensive experience in operational excellence and financial management within the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Sanofi since November 2007. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence and Projects for the Sanofi Manufacturing System, Anthony oversees production maintenance and site general maintenance, managing an overall annual budget of 6 million euros in operational expenditure and 4 to 5 million euros in capital expenditure with a team of 38 full-time employees and 35 subcontractors. Previous roles include Industrial Transformation Leader, responsible for a global industrial performance program, Site Financial Controller, where Anthony managed a finance team and ensured compliance with internal controls, Senior Internal Auditor with a focus on risk assessments across various business units, and a Controlling Analyst for Sanofi's Industrial Affairs. Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Management from Toulouse Business School and attended Prytanée National Militaire.
