April Shiflett

April Shiflett currently serves as the Head of Biologics Drug Product Formulation and Process Development at Sanofi since May 2023. Prior to this role, April held various positions at Amgen from December 2011, including Process Development Director, Process Development Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, Scientist, and CW Scientist II. April's leadership experience includes serving as President of AWIS LAVC from July 2012 to August 2014. Academic credentials include a PhD in Pathobiology from Brown University and a BS in Genetics from The University of Georgia, along with postdoctoral training at UCLA and the University of Georgia. Early career development included roles as a Graduate Student at the Marine Biological Laboratory and as Lab Technician III at the University of Georgia.
