Francis Pepin

Francis Pepin is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head (SVP) of People and Culture at Sanofi since June 2021, Francis has also held key positions such as Global Head of Human Resources and Transformation and Global Head of Human Resources in the Digital sector. Prior to Sanofi, Francis worked at UKG as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for North America, and at Ultimate Software as the Global Head of Organizational Effectiveness, where an organizational effectiveness function was established. Earlier roles include serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Roche's Diabetes Care division and Dual Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology at Revision Military. Francis began a career at Roche Diagnostics, focusing on Global Operations HR. Educational qualifications include a minor in Human Resources from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's in Education from UQAM.
