Frederico José Bighetti Magro, MSc, currently serves as Associate Director of Market Access, Health Economics & Value Assessment at Sanofi, where responsibilities include leading a team of 14 in the reimbursement area. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Strategic Market Access, HEOR & Pricing at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Frederico managed a team during the integration of BMS and Celgene and oversaw pricing registration processes for key products. Frederico played a pivotal role in establishing market access functions at Celgene Brazil and has held various strategic and managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including at Becton Dickinson and The Lubrizol Corporation. Frederico holds an MSc in Economic Evaluation for Health Technology Assessment from the University of York and multiple degrees in marketing, business management, and pharmacy biochemistry.
