Gary Marshall is an experienced leader in drug discovery, specializing in oncology, inflammatory, and genetic diseases. They served as a Principal Scientist at FORMA Therapeutics, where they led multi-functional teams and managed projects focused on significant therapies like FT-4202 for Sickle Cell Disease. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, they held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Project Leadership at Repare Therapeutics, where they oversaw early-phase clinical development and biomarker discovery. Currently, Gary serves as Head of Research Excellence at Sanofi, continuing to drive innovation in translational science. Gary holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
