Jan-Moritz Koenen

Jan-Moritz Koenen currently serves as the Head of ICF Quality Devices QC Pens at Sanofi since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jan-Moritz was a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG from January 2022 to September 2023. Experience also includes positions at KURZ Stamping Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. as Head of Quality Assurance Business Area Industrial, and various R&D Manager roles from September 2015 to February 2022. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Development Chemist at LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG from February 2014 to September 2015, and conducting postdoctoral research at the University of Florida from May 2012 to October 2013, focusing on chemical sensors. Jan-Moritz completed a PhD at the University of Wuppertal, specializing in hyperbranched polyfluorenes, and holds a Diploma in Chemistry from the same institution, as well as a high school graduation with a focus on chemistry and mathematics from St. Anna Gymnasium, Wuppertal.
