Ken Baldwin

Ken Baldwin is an experienced operations manager currently working at Sanofi Genzyme since February 2016, overseeing device manufacturing at the company’s Waterford facility. Ken is responsible for performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Previously, Ken held the position of Operations Team Leader at Sanofi Genzyme, where responsibilities included supervising the production line for Auto Injector devices and leading tech transfer projects. Prior to this, Ken served as a Senior Operations Supervisor at Abbott Vascular, focusing on performance metrics and project leadership for improvement initiatives. Ken's career began at Bausch & Lomb, where a 18-year journey included various roles, culminating as Production Manager. Ken holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Business Studies from the Waterford Institute of Technology, along with a Diploma in Purchasing & Inventory Management.
