Kris has held significant roles at organizations such as Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Alcon, and Bayer Crop Science, where they drove innovation and improved user experiences through effective cross-functional collaboration. They are skilled in primary market research, leading design teams, and integrating Human Centered Design principles to achieve business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. Kris holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University and continues to advance their education at Fairfield University.
