Matthew Bonaparte

Matthew Bonaparte currently serves as the Director at Sanofi Pasteur, a position held since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing a global team of scientists and project managers focused on vaccine licensure, regulatory filings, and providing scientific input to clinical and project teams. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Deputy Director responsible for the development and validation of Functional Assays in the Global Clinical Immunology department. Earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from SUNY Upstate Medical University (2000-2005) and a B.S. in Paper Science and Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (1996-2000).
