Mikhael Aboukrat

Mikhael Aboukrat is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT service management and infrastructure. Currently serving as Head of Service Management & C2R and Head of ITS4ITS Service Management at Sanofi since 2007, Mikhael has demonstrated leadership in overseeing complex IT services. Prior experience includes roles as IT Infrastructure Manager at IBM from 2000 to 2007, IT Specialist at Viag Interkom in 1999, and Presales Engineer at Dell from 1998 to 1999. Mikhael holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and the University of California, Berkeley, where studies took place from 1994 to 1997.
