Neil Ralphson

Neil Ralphson currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy at Sanofi since October 2020. Prior to this role, Neil spent over 24 years at IQVIA, where positions included Senior Vice President for Sales & Account Management in EMEA, Senior Vice President for the Large Pharma Segment, Managing Director of Customer Solutions Business, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, and Vice President of Global Operations Head. Neil's career began at Besselaar (now Covance) as a Clinical Data Coordinator from 1994 to 1996. Neil holds a General Management Certificate from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Sunderland.
