Rym Fettouche

Rym Fettouche is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading internal and external communications strategies across various regions and industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement for General Medicines at Sanofi since June 2018, Rym is a member of the Leadership Team and has established communications governance and guidelines. Prior to this role, Rym worked as the Communication Director for LafargeHolcim Algeria, developing communication strategies aimed at enhancing company culture and supporting transformation initiatives for 5,500 employees. Experience at AstraZeneca included serving as Regional Head of Communications for Africa, Turkey, and the Middle East, where responsibilities included managing communications during restructuring efforts and providing strategic communication counsel. Rym's academic background includes degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation, as well as specialized training in health communication and public relations from prestigious institutions.
