Sujay Kharade has extensive experience in biomedical research with a strong focus on cardiovascular and pharmacology-related studies. Sujay served as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Dept. of Experimental Pathology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where research involved developing Thioredoxin as a biotherapeutic for myocardial infarction. At Charles River Laboratories, Sujay held the position of Principal Scientist II, contributing to innovative projects and research initiatives. Academic training includes a PhD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on Biotechnology from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Research activities also include leading high throughput screening (HTS) assays at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and collaboration with major pharmaceutical companies to address drug development challenges across various therapeutic areas. Currently, Sujay is employed as a Principal Scientist in DMPK at Sanofi.
