Sylwia Grochmalska

Sylwia Grochmalska is an experienced professional in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Country Quality Head at Sanofi since November 2015. In this role, Sylwia is responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems across GxP activities, including GMP, GDP, GVP, GCP, and GLP, as well as overseeing health-regulated activities related to development, manufacturing, distribution, and commercialization. Prior to this, Sylwia held key positions at Polpharma from 2011 to October 2015, including GMP Compliance Manager and Head of Corporate QA, and served as Qualified Person. Sylwia began a career at Adamed, where from June 2001 to September 2011, the role of Qualified Person and QA/QC Manager was undertaken. Sylwia holds an education from Lodz University of Technology.
