Thomas Hullegie

Thomas Hullegie has extensive experience in talent acquisition and public affairs, currently serving as the Talent and Diversity Lead for Northern Europe at Sanofi since April 2019, where the focus is on enhancing workforce diversity and candidate experience. Prior roles include Public Affairs Manager for Specialty Care and Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi, as well as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page. Earlier career experiences span customer service at Amazon, a developmental internship at KONE, and a sales role at Fiskars. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics and dual Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Radboud University, with additional studies at the University of Helsinki.
